Returning Home

 

 

It is very important for you to let us know when you return home so we know that your pets have transitioned back to your care and not inadvertently left untended. Just a text that you’re home is great.

 

If we don’t hear from you when you are expected home, in the best interests of and protection for your animals, we will have to continue to make visits. Charges will apply.

 

Similarly, if your return changes due to weather, flight delays, or you just want one more day in the sun, please let us know as soon as you can so we make sure your pets get the attention they need.

 

Did you know that you can send us your grocery list and we will restock your fridge before you get home? Come home to fresh fruit and milk, not an exhausted midnight stop at the store. In addition to the cost of groceries, there is an errand charge.
